I’m always excited to try out new products from Caudalie and this new Vinosource SOS Intense Moisturizing Cream is no different. But this month there’s an added bonus when you buy this or any product from the Caudalie Vinosource range. (Online customers can receive a FREE French Kiss Lip Balm (worth £10) in a shade of their choice. Offer ends 30.04.2019.)
The Vinosource SOS Intense Moisturizing Cream is a natural source of hydration designed for dry and sensitive skin. It feels amazing as it goes on giving an intense moisturising boost that plumps the skin. The first thing that I noticed though was the fresh uplifting fragrance. I know that not everyone likes fragranced skincare but for me, it’s part of the experience. It’s a subtle plant-based fragrance with green notes of bergamot, mandarin, lemon tree leaves, cucumber and fresh mint. It’s a delight!
As well as being the perfect daily moisturiser it can be used as an SOS treatment (hence the name on the jar!) that will repair damage from external stresses. They say that skin is +90% more hydrated after 8 hours. I’m never sure how you can prove or disprove this kind of claims. I mean I’m guessing it depends on how hydrated your skin is, to begin with? Anyway, it really suits my skin and I’m loving using it.

Oh, and if you want to know more about the FREE French Kiss Lip Balm, pictured is the shade Innocence. It also comes in the shades Seduction and Addiction. I’ve reviewed it previously here and I find it the perfect handbag choice for these warmer summer days when you want a lip balm with a hint of colour.
Might you treat yourself? The intense moisturising cream is £25 for 50ml and with the Lip Balm free instead of £10 it’s a great chance to try something new. Let me know what you think.

Pretty pictures. Does the lip balm have an SPF?
