Weekend Wishlist Issue 4

Well, I suppose I should think very carefully about what I put on my list as Mother’s Day approaches in case my daughter decides to read this for some ideas! In fact as she would tell you I’m just as happy with a card and a hug as I think Mother’s Day is about what you feel rather than what you give. Anyway, enough rambling – here’s what’s on my list this weekend.

I was going to start by telling you about a Kerastase hair care product that I want. I’ve heard lots of people saying that it’s a great brand and I’d heard about the 20% off offer at Beauty Expert here valid  till 4 March. Then I realised that there are so many amazing products that I couldn’t possibly choose – in fact I don’t have a clue what’s best for my hair and that I actually need some advice and recommendations on this myself! So do take a look and let me know what’s your favourite product from Kerastase below.

Well I don’t know about you but I’ve been feeling a bit “Ooh La La!” recently with Paris Fashion Week coming up. Now with the news that Escentual have 25% of French pharmacy brands I’m thinking it might be time to ramp up the French influence in my beauty regime.  Think it might be time to get my body feeling divine with the Caudalie Divine Scrub! divine_scrub_-_150gr_croppedThey say that the “Divine Scrub has an ultra nourishing base made up of 4 plant oils including grape, hibiscus, sesame and argan, which are designed to tone the skin and restore its delicate moisture balance. Suspended in this silky, cream formula is an infusion of brown sugar, which offers gentle yet effective daily exfoliation.”Sounds good enough to eat! It now costs £17.20 here all through March.

I’ve still been looking for that perfect spring/summer scent. I’ve been giving this one some thought and so have a lot of people recently from the amount of press this scent has been getting it’s

They say that “

This is a floral fragrance with  Buy Balenciaga Rosabotanica Eau de Parfum Online at johnlewis.comaccents of blue hyancinth, a pure green characteristic of the fig leaf and refreshed by petitgrain. The elegant rose floral sparkles with fresh citrus bursts of grapefruit and spicy cardamom and pink pepper. ”  Could be just what I’m looking for. You can buy it here from £53.00.

Oh and as for the hug that’s on my wishlist – that will have to wait a couple of weeks – that’s when my daughter is home for the weekend from uni!
