I first came across this exciting new brand when I went to the Anti Ageing Health & Beauty Show at Olympia last weekend. It’s a really new brand just weeks old and so I feel really privileged to be one of the first to try a product from the Rajeunir range – the Rajeunir Moisture Serum.
I loved the people from Rajeunir and felt confident to try their products which have been developed by an award winning scientist with over 40 years’ experience in the cosmetics industry. None of the products in the range have been tested on animals and they’ve committed to never conducting any animal testing on any future products.
So, how did I get on with the Moisture Serum?
The packaging is high quality and sleek. The serum comes in a pump dispenser (thank goodness!) so you can dispense just the right amount without any waste. I would say 2 or 3 pumps would be sufficient to cover your face. It’s not greasy or thick and is really easily absorbed into the skin. This is a big plus for me as I’ve found in the past that some moisturisers sit on the top of your skin and then when you apply foundation it doesn’t last on the skin and slides off.
So the first application was fine and I was really happy to see that the serum protects from UVA and UVB rays. I would have liked to know what the SPF level is but perhaps this is something that they can consider providing on the packaging for us soon.
As readers will know I always test skin products out for at least a week and this time is no different apart from the fact that I like it so much I’m going to continue using this one until it’s done! My skin is feeling really smooth and firmed and looks dewy. I really think that they’re onto something here and I’m definitely considering trying out the rest of their range.
They say:

The serum costs £42.00 and I think this is good value for money as I’ve used it day and night for a week and haven’t used even a third yet so I’d say it would last for at least a month at this level of usage.
As I said this is a new brand and they only have 4 products currently.

Is there anywhere that still sells this? Amazon says they do, it but I’ve tried and it never came (I wasn’t billed).

Hi Jackie Thanks for visiting Strand On Beauty! I’m sorry but it seems like they’ve disappeared off the radar. I’ve tried to contact them many times myself but have had no response and now I see the website is down. Maybe time to think about using a different product?

Thanks so much for your speedy reply. I’ve been on the hunt for a daily face moisturiser that works with my skin for some time, and have even splurged on some overpriced brands, but nothing’s worked quite as well as rajeunir moisture serum. If you know of any product like it, I’d be more than willing to try.

I habe to say that it’s been some yeara since I trialled Rajeunir so I hesitate to recommend anything in case it’s not comparable. Also I’m not a skin care expert – just a consumer like you. But if you’re looking for a serum then my all time favourite is Vichy Aqualia. Currently I’m using Caudalie serum with the Vichy Aqualia Rich moisturiser. Let me know how you get on.

I have tried this product and I was actually happy until after the 5th pump I was out of product. I was so upset, I felt betrayed. I bought thia at the mall for a lot of money and was told it was a NEW “package” but now i know it was used. Be carefu who you buy this from, there is no way to tell if it is new or used.

Hi Michelle I have to say I have had no contact with the brand in years and I’m not aware of where you can buy this in the UK currently. Seems like something has gone wrong with your purchase which is very disappointing for you. You are right to warn people about being wary of who you purchase from.

I have been using all these products for 3 months now. While my face is soft, there is absolutely no change in my forehead, temples or chin and mouth wrinkles. Spent a lot of money that I regret doing now.
