You’ve seen the preview here, you’ve read the tweets (@Strand0nBeauty) and now I need to tell you about my day at the Anti-Ageing Health & Beauty Show.
The Show
The Anti-Ageing Health & Beauty Show was held over two days in the world-famous and historic Olympia in London.
People & Demonstrations
Arbonne arbonne.co.uk I met a lovely independent consultant Alka Chauhan who let me try one of the serums on my hand. It seemed lovely and I’m looking forward to finding out more about the brand and trying some of the products.
Beautiful Brows beautifulbrows.co.uk I was approached by Serena from Beautiful Brows who asked if I would like my brows done. Of course, I said yes and she used a lovely colour called slate from one of their brow kits which really suited my colouring. The kits come complete with templates and a brush and are beautifully presented. The formula is semi-permanent and lasts all day.
Gold Collagen gold-collagen.com The lovely people from Minerva Labs told me about the daily beauty drinks Gold Collagen and Active Gold Collagen. I’m planning on trying out the drinks really soon and will be reviewing them on the blog separately.
La Maison De L’Esthetique lesthetique.com I met the lovely people from La Maison De L’Esthetique they all have such amazing skin (especially Dr Vincent Wong) as well as being genuinely nice people. They’re doing some exciting things in beauty and have new products launching in the UK soon. Watch this space.
Rajeunir rajeunir.co.uk I met Nichola General Manager and she was one of the nicest people that I met at the show. The brand is really new – only weeks old and so I found that as a blogger of only a few months myself we had a lot in common. I’m trialling their Rajeunir Moisture Serum at the moment and I’ll be reviewing it here separately soon.
Rejuvenated rejuvenated.co.uk I went to the Rejuvenated stand to meet Kathryn who I’d seen on Twitter telling people about Collagen Shots. She was on stage when I arrived but the very friendly blogger Pampered Prince (Andy) was holding the fort. I brought away some leaflets but am hoping to meet up with Kathryn soon.
Revere revereclinics.com On the pink stage we were treated to a talk demonstration from the founder Dr Sach Mohan. He demonstrated a process on Dr Dawn Harper. You’ll know her best from the TV show embarrassing bodies.
SkinAde skinade.com I met Zoey Hughes, a partnership manager from Bottled Science Ltd who introduced me to Skinade. She was so enthusiastic about the brand and I could see that she was full of energy with great skin. I tried a sample of the drink which contains collagen and it tasted lovely and fruity. I’ll be trialling Skinade for the next 10 days and will be reviewing it separately soon.
Studio 10 studio10beauty.com (for techniques) cultbeauty.com (to purchase) The lovely Chrissie welcomed me and introduced me to the brand. She spent time with me applying a range of Studio 10 products to make me look like a better version of myself. She used:

Yes and I didn’t get to see half of what was on offer and there were different speakers on the second day too. I was just too busy to go twice.

I would love to have gone myself, but my daughter presented me with a beautiful new Grandaughter on Thursday morning so she was our main priority at the weekend.
