I’ve been lucky enough to have been given a few new polishes and I thought it was time that I share some thoughts with you about them and displayed my feeble attempts at painting nails at the same time.
The main pic shows Crabtree & Evelyn’s Nail Lacquer in Wisteria. It’s a gorgeous blue/mauve shimmery colour. It has good coverage – I got this effect with two layers (as well as a base and top coat from OPI). The brush was thinner than I’m used to but this didn’t matter. Crabtree & Evelyn have a great range of colours costing £6 and you can browse them and purchase them here.
The other three colours I got thanks to @northerngirlHB who gave us such gorgeous goodie bags at the London Blogger Meet Up. The top right is Collection Work the Colour in Sonic Blue and the middle right is Collection Work the Colour in In the Pink. Both of these have amazing coverage and even with my poor application, I managed to get them to last for 3 days without chipping. They cost just £1.99 each.
Bottom right is the delicately coloured Elf nail polish in Wedding Bells. You can browse available colours here at just £2.50. The coverage was a little streaky with two coats but that could just be my poor application. Otherwise, I’m loving the effect for a lovely summer afternoon.
Which nail polishes are you loving at the moment? Leave your comments and any links to products and reviews below so that I can have a read. I’ll always respond.

Love that blue. My faves at the mo are this Crabtree& Evelyn blue which is so summery http://wonderlusting.co.uk/2014/05/12/crabtree-evelyn-sky-blue-nail-polish-swatch-review/ and a bright purple from &OtherStories http://wonderlusting.co.uk/2014/05/26/purple-nails-purple-nails-cambric-purple-other-stories-and-wah-nails/
