Review – GOSH Defining Brow Gel

I did take my own picture of this honest! But it was such poor quality – I couldn’t share it! It’s not easy taking pictures of black items that are shiny like this – especially with just the camera on my phone and no lighting. Anyway, you don’t care about that do you? – you just want to read my review.

Well I didn’t have any expectations at all about the GOSH defining brow gel. At only £4.99 (here), it’s part of the GOSH range that I picked up at a blogger event a while ago. (More of that here.)

I’ve got fair, quite sparse eye-brows and I struggle to find the right colour to suit my hair and skin and a product that stays put. I’ve been pleasantly surprised by this GOSH product. It goes on easily with a brush similar to a mascara wand. The consistency isn’t so thick as mascara but tints the brows nicely without too much risk of the colour transferring to the skin. For a day-time look I leave my brows at that. But for a night-time look or a more formal occasion I add more colour from a brow liner. It stays on all day and doesn’t smudge so I’m really loving it and will definitely repurchase. It’s such a bargain. I wouldn’t want to be without one in my make-up bag.
