Review – Burberry Kisses Lip Colour

Burberry Kisses

If you’re a beauty blogger and you’re on Twitter then you will have no doubt seen, heard, received or coveted the mini bullet of gorgeousness that was delivered via the Burberry marketing team latest offering. Ye,s it’s the Burberry Kisses Lip Colour and my choice was shade 05 Pink Nude.

This  little gem is a perfect mini version of the real thing encased in a gun-metal like case with the famous Burberry check embossed on it. It was almost too good to use!

The colour was the perfect nude for me and at first I thought that perhaps the colour was completely transparent! But then I found that it was the perfect match for my lips – a true nude. It’s a buildable colour though and from an initial sheen I build it to a rich cover which was buttery and moisturising – a class act! The full size product costs £25.00 here. It’s not cheap, but its looks and ingredients that include tea, lavender and rosehip make it a delight. This little tester has left me wanting more!

They say:

“Discover Burberry Kisses, the effortlessly buildable lip colour, designed to give multiple lip looks with just one shade. The weightless formula delivers a customisable make-up result – a single kiss of colour gives understated luminosity, two or three kisses give intense depth and vibrancy. A rich blend of satin-finish pigments and shiny polymers gives luminous colour brilliance. Enriched with our signature blend of tea, lavender and rosehip, the whisper-light texture glides on with supreme comfort and gives six hours of continuous hydration”

Did you get your sample? What colour did you choose?
