Review – Revlon Professional Uniq One

Revlon Uniq One

I’ve been having such trouble with my hair for months now. Whatever I’ve tried has never been more than average at tackling my over processed hair so I wasn’t really expecting much from this Revlon Professional UniqOne Coconut. But as it came with the promise of 10 real benefits I figured that at least one or two of them should work! They are:

  1. Repair for dry and damaged hair
  2. Shine & frizz control
  3. Heat protection
  4. Silkiness & smoothness
  5. Hair colour protection with UVA & UVB filters
  6. Easier brushing & ironing
  7. Incredible detangling
  8. Long-lasting hairstyle
  9. Split ends prevention
  10. Adds body

This version has a lovely coconut fragrance that’s perfect for summer. It’s a leave in formula as well so it’s a pretty easy product to use.

I’ve used it a couple of times now and I’m really happy with the results. I was a bit wary the first time I sprayed it onto damp hair as I wasn’t sure how much to use and was scared it might make my hair greasy. This wasn’t the case at all and the first effect I noticed was the shine. Then I noticed that my hair felt a lot less fly away with more body but the most impressive effect was that my style stayed in for days. It was still straight on day 3 after washing despite getting damp in the shower and with the odd spot of rain! That’s unheard of for my hair. So I’d say that I’ll be using this after every wash for quite some time.

Revlon Professional UniqOne Coconut is available here for £7.67 (usually £10.95).

Have you got any multi-tasking hair products that you can’t be without?
