I have a whole drawer full of foundation but I can’t say that any one of them feels just right at the moment. So, I thought I’d do a bit of research and see what’s being talked about the most this season. I can’t say my methods were scientific but I’ve come up with a list of 10 foundations I’d love to try out.
They’re in alphabetical order for simplicity:
1. Chanel Perfect Lumiere £36
2. Charlotte Tilbury Magic Foundation £29.50
3. Giorgio Armani Maestro Fusion Makeup £40
4. La Prairie Skin Caviar Concealer Foundation £146
5. Lancome Teint Idole Ultra 24H £30
6. Mac Face & Body £22
7. Makeup For Ever Ultra HD £29
8. Maybelline Fit Me £7.99
9. Rimmel Wake Me Up £8.99
10. YSL Touch Eclat £32.50
Now I think that I might do a little more than wish to be able to try out one or two of these – in fact I think I might actually need a lottery win! But some of these are an absolute bargain. I’d love to know which you’ve tried and if you’d recommend any to me.
My current favourite bases from those that I’ve tried before are La Roche-Posay Effaclar BB Blur and By Terry Light Expert Click Brush. Would you say any of these compare?

wow you have a really long WL! I tried MAC (perfect for everyday-lightweight and sheer) and Armani (just perfect)! (my skin is dry and I dont need much coverage)

Well I suppose it’s because I had plenty of time on Sunday to think about it, I wanted to do a top 10 and as a beauty blogger it’s really hard not to want to try everything! I’m most intrigued by the Armani and the Charlotte Tilbury. I wonder if I will be disappointed?
