La Roche-Posay Launches Effaclar BB Blur In Narnia

This week I was invited to the La Roche-Posay Christmas drinks at Carousel. We were promised a new launch and we weren’t disappointed. When we arrived at the venue we were welcomed into a sparkly, Christmassy, Narnia themed room. It had the famous lamp post and everything! Apparently we were supposed to enter by climbing in through a wardrobe but the PRs thought that might be a bit too much of a trial for us high heeled bloggers!

We didn’t need to wait for the beauty experts from La Roche-Posay to introduce us to the new product as there were lots of samples of the new Effaclar BB Blur dotted around the room and even more fun was the hologram!

We learned that this BB Cream blends the benefits of a BB formula with blur technology to give 10 benefits in one.

I was also introduced to La Roche-Posay Hydraphase Intense Serum. This is a soothing serum for daily use that infuses cells with water, smooths away fine lines and restores radiance. This is another 2016 launch. With its fragmented hyaluronic acid, arginine and serine and thermal spring water it has a melt-in gel texture for fast absorption and is paraben free. It’s priced at £19.90.

We had a lovely evening meeting up with the folk from LRP and Dowal Walker and all the lovely bloggers who had travelled from exotic climes like Brighton and Coventry!

We were a little disappointed not to meet Aslan or the Snow Queen but we happily toddled off into the West End crowds with our balloons and goody bags.
