It’s been a bit of a week to be fair – too much work, not enough sun and feeling envious of those who’re heading off to sunnier climes next week. So this first choice on my wish list appeals to me as a result of all of that. It’s Tom Ford’s Neroli Portofino Eau de Parfum.
For me it brings to mind azure seas and the glamour of mediterranean yachts. As for Neroli it’s a new love of mine from my L’Occitane mother’s day gift so this looks like it’s the real deal and definitely deserving of a place on my wishlist.
They say:
“Vibrant. Sparkling. Transportive. To Tom Ford this scent perfectly captures the cool breezes, sparkling clear water and lush foliage of the Italian Riviera. His reinvention of a classic eau de cologne features crisp citrus oils, surprising floral notes and amber undertones to leave a splashy yet substantive impression.” It’s a Limited Edition so you’d better hurry if you want it for your hols. It costs £90 here.
Next up I feel is more a need than a wish. I’ve only recently started using base and top coats for my nails and the well known brand of top coat I’m using just isn’t working as well as I think it should. I’ve heard good reports on this one. It’s Seche Vite™ Fast Dry Top Coat.
They say:
“A quick drying top coat from Seche Vite is specially formulated to penetrate through nail lacquer to the base coat, forming a single solid coating over the nail plate for a much more durable finish. Guaranteed not to yellow while leaving nails silky, stronger and resistant to chipping and peeling.” It costs £10.95 here.
I’ve just run out of my sample size Estee Lauder night eye cream so I’m looking for a new one. This looks like just what I need it’s Estée Lauder New Advanced Night Repair Synchronized Eye Recovery Complex.
They say:
“Inspired by groundbreaking DNA research, Estée Lauder revolutionizes eye repair so you’ll see a reduction in the look of every key sign of aging around eyes. Use this age-defying formula and help repair the appearance of past damage caused by every major environmental assault. Exclusive Chronolux™ Technology synchronizes to skin’s needs to help support its optimal performance of its natural repair and protective processes. Your eye area looks radiant, more rested and revitalized.” It’s costs £38 here.
I’ve been toying with the thought of trying out a facial oil. It seems like a bit of an odd concept rubbing oil on your face. But this one sounds lovely and I might just give it a go. It’s Cowshed Raspberry Seed Anti-Oxidant Facial Oil
They say:
“Help to protect your skin against environmental damage with this nourishing facial oil from Cowshed.
Made with a potent blend of plant oils, including raspberry seed, an anti-oxidant that is rich in vitamin E and omega 3 and 6 fatty acids, soothing chamomile and carrot, the oil helps to protect your skin whilst also hydrating it.
Aromatic lemon, rosemary and basil essential oils provide help in fighting free radicals and add an uplifting scent to this nourishing facial oil.” It costs £36 here.
And finally – something to sort out my over coloured and heat treated hair it’s Ojon® Damage Reverse™ Restorative Hair Treatment
They say:
“This clinically proven cult classic is fortified with pure Ojon™ oil, nature’s powerful golden elixir, a rare powerful natural ingredient that’s rich in essential lipids similar to those found in healthy hair. After just one treatment, this rich, velvety balm dramatically helps restore vibrant health, strength and shine to even the most damaged hair. Hair is soft, silky and manageable. A must-have for lifeless, dull, brittle, frizzy, flyaway or unmanageable hair.” It costs £34.00 here.
I’m hoping that I’ll get to buy at least one thing from my wishlist this week. Let me know if you try any of these and leave me your comments below!
