I’ve been so busy psyching myself up to start my new job that somehow I missed the end of Jan prompt to begin this post. There are a few goodies in this empties list that you may want to check out hope it was worth the wait!
YourGoodSkin Nourishing Hot Cloth Cleanser
Loved this super effective YourGoodSkin Nourishing Hot Cloth Cleanser. It’s exclusive to Boots, is currently on offer and at normal price, it’s still way cheaper than most hot cloth cleansers. You can read a little more about the cleanser and the rest of the brand in my review post here.
Filorga Skin Absolute Day was the first product I tried from the range and it’s got me hooked. Some may say this is an unfortunate addiction because it’s way outside of my comfort zone price wise. If you’ve got a spare stash of cash then you may be less fearful of becoming addicted. This day cream combats all signs of ageing: wrinkles, firmness, homogeneity and pores. It’s an accelerated multi-corrector that uses enzymes to transform UV and infrared rays into energy to boost cellular functions slowed down by the ageing process. It contains Photolyase activated by daylight to stimulate the mechanisms which restore DNA to repair the effects of ageing and stop the ageing process at source. The detoxifying fructans purify the complexion and capture light for radiant skin. It has a moisturising and plumping texture enriched with hyaluronic acid and NCTF.
This serum Bryt Skincare Nourish Serum sinks in easily and is designed specifically to nourish dry and dehydrated skin. With African baobab, jojoba, rosemary, lavender and it’s the first step in the Bryt 3 step process, It’s cruelty-free and vegan and free from petrochemicals, sulphates, silicones, parabens, phthalates, and GM ingredients. I’ve reviewed it along with the rest of the range here.
Caudalie Premier Cru Serum (travel size)
I’ve really been enjoying using this serum. As soon as this trial size was done I continued with the full size and that’s almost done too. A full review is here. I would definitely use it again but it’s outside of my usual price range so would need to be a treat.
Liz Earle Cleanse & Polish Hot Cloth Cleanser
I’m a big fan of hot cloth cleansers but was late to the party with trialling this iconic brand. I love how it feels on the skin but it did take a while to get used to the fragrance. My full review is here.
This is the second tube of Nu Skin Curling Mascara I’ve used up and I’ve recently featured it in a post on my go-to makeup regime. It’s a great product that looks good and is truly effective – giving a dark black lash that lasts. A full review is here.
That’s finally it for my January empties! I’ve already started to collect my February empties and I love to tell you about the products that work for me so watch this space. Also, I love to hear about the products that you buy over and over again because they are just that good. Please comment below if you have a moment.
