I can’t believe how time has flown! I came across this lovely La Roche Posay Hydraphase Intense Serum at the end of last year at the same time as I came across my all-time favourite base the La Roche-Posay Effaclar BB Blur. I’ve reviewed that here and not only that I’ve repurchased it – it’s really that good. I shouldn’t have been surprised really as I’m always pleasantly surprised with each new launch from La Roche-Posay. Still, for some reason, I just didn’t find a space to review this serum until a couple of weeks ago.
It fits in easily to my daily skincare routine (day and night) and I use it as a first layer after cleansing and toning. You can use it alongside other skin care although of course, it works perfectly with LRP moisturiser too! It’s a clear product, slightly gel-like that is quickly absorbed and leaves no greasy, oily, or sticky feel.
La Roche-Posay recommends the serum to refresh and hydrate dehydrated and sensitive skin. It’s enriched with a blend of thermal spring water and hyaluronic acid fragments for deep hydration.
My skin feels really smooth after application and it seems to soften the appearance of the lines around my mouth. It feels really comfortable and looks dewy.
It’s available here priced at £19.90 but if you’re quick you’ll find it’s on offer for £13.26.
Do you have any favourite La Roche-Posay products?
